Hey UPEI,

I'm Kate, a fourth year English major and huge book nerd. I'm not from the island, I'm actually from a tiny town in Ontario that you've never heard of (honest, you haven't) but I feel pretty comfortable in PEI. I lived in Bernie for the first year of my university career with the best roommate a girl could ask for, and then again in my second year as the Residence Life Advisor for second floor. I'm WAY too into giving campus tours and I drink too much coffee from Mickey's Place - but in general I'm a pretty good person. 

I ride horses and avoid all other sports like the plague which is for the best, trust me. My favourite colours are turquoise and purple (because turquoise is spelt interestingly and purple is pretty) and I enjoy Rocky marathons, StumbleUpon and most other forms of procrastination. 

I like surprise visits in the Student Union offices and I'm excellent at responding to e-mails so don't hesitate to do either of those things.
